Prayer is a vital part of our life together. We regularly gather to spend time listening to God, to offer prayers for ourselves and others, and to thank God for all that we have.

The Chapel  |  PRAYER & HEALING DROP-IN  |  Prayer Team  |  Midweek Prayer  |  Candles

The Chapel is our prayer room and is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm during the week as well as on Sundays.  It is a quiet space for us to pause, reflect, and listen to God.  Sometimes used after our services for people to pray together, our prayer room is available for anyone to come and use during the week.

As well as helping to meet the practical needs of our community we also want to serve others through prayer. The Healing Prayer Group is here for anyone who would like to come along; to pray through any concerns you may have and in the power of the Holy Spirit allow God to speak, heal and comfort you. Just pop in and receive prayer in total confidence.

Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30pm

After each of our 9:30am, 11am and 6:30pm services we have a dedicated prayer team available to pray with anyone who would like prayer.

Whether it involves responding to something said in the service, a health issue or family matter, the team would be pleased to offer support.  In addition to the Prayer Team our Pastors and Elders are also available to anyone needing prayer.

Our midweek time of prayer runs for an hour.  Everyone is invited to join us and to spend this time talking together and praying for our world, our local community, STBBC, and the persecuted church.

Tuesdays, 11am

The practice of lighting candles in churches is an ancient tradition that traces its roots back to the Old Testament when oil lamps were lit as a form of worship.

STBBC will shortly be installing a candle stand, available in The Chapel and on Sundays. Lighting a candle is symbolic of prayerful intentions and helps to mark the moment when a prayer is offered for a specific person or situation.
